At Mavi Hair, we are committed to providing quality service, including safe and timely shipping of your orders. We offer several delivery options with tracking numbers so you can follow your package at every stage.

Standard International Shipping

Free standard shipping is offered on all products, with no minimum purchase required.

We also offer express shipping for customers who wish to receive their order faster.

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days at our warehouse.

The estimated delivery time for free standard shipping is 5 to 9 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, customs procedures, and your place of residence. Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays. Due to international customs procedures, Mavi Hair cannot be held responsible for delays or issues occurring after the package has left our warehouses.

If you experience difficulties tracking your order, please contact the carrier directly. Depending on the total value of the order, some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages.

All of our products are shipped from our international warehouses located in Europe and Asia.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

It is important to track the progress of your package, as some shipments may require collection from your local post office or a carrier pickup point. If the package becomes available for pickup but is not collected within the timeframe indicated by the carrier, it may be returned, lost, or destroyed.

In this case, the order will be considered unclaimed, and reshipping fees may be charged if you wish to have it shipped again.

Important Information

We send your tracking code by email as soon as it becomes available.

If the package has been made available by the carrier but has not been collected within the required timeframe, no refund will be granted.
